Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), has announced that Swindon’s Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, Lynton Road is now fully let for the first time in five years with the latest deal on the estate. The site has been at 90% occupancy, however the recent national uptake in industrial property has shown Lynton Road to be a popular destination for trade and industrial businesses alike.
Cheney Manor proved to be the perfect fit for Adam Asher Limited, which will be running two parallel businesses involving a franchise purchased from Practical Car and Van Rental, as well as a branch of ThreeSixty Alloys from Reading who specialise in alloy wheel refurbishment. The deal for Unit 5 on the 1.9 acre site was agreed with FIREM on a 10-year lease. From enquiry to completion, the deal took less than six weeks to finalise.

Ideally located off the M4, Cheney Manor is less than a five minute drive away from Swindon Train Station and the town centre. With the A419 also a short drive away, the site is a perfect choice for businesses requiring easy access to the rest of the UK.
