We have received the green light from Wrexham Council to create over 200,000 sq ft of new industrial units on previously unused land at Wrexham Industrial Estate.
At 8 million sq ft, the estate is one of the largest industrial estates in the UK and we are already the most prolific name on the site, managing 500,000 sq ft of existing industrial space.
The areas that will benefit from the development are:
- Site 2 – one unit up to 25,000 sq ft
- Site 3 – one unit up to 45,000 sq ft
- Site 4 – units ranging from 800 – 6,000 sq ft
- Site 5 – units ranging from 2,390 – 70,000 sq ft
The asset and property management company first submitted its proposals for the development of the area off Clywedog Road North and South back in December, in response to an increasing demand for space.
