Manor Park Reveals £500K Refurbishment Programme

Manor Park Industrial Estate, located between Warrington and Runcorn, is to undergo a significant refurbishment programme.

Manor Park is one of the North West's premier business parks, with recent benefits of connectivity from the opening of the Mersey Gateway bridge.

Liverpool based Comm Commercial have been appointed to deliver the extensive refurbishment programme, which is worth in excess of £350,000.

The works include new roofs installed on Units 1, 2 and 4, with 1 and 2 being completely stripped with new interiors installed. Following this, a second phase of the refurbishment will begin, with the option for any businesses that have signed pre-let tenancies to input into the design process to create a bespoke fit out.

This work coincides with the recently completed £136,000 refurbishment of 10 Beeston Court, 12-15 Beeston Court and 10 Boleyn Court on Manor Park.

Current tenants at Manor Park include Warburtons, KRSS, Sandon Global, Rinnai, The Protein Works, Syntor Fine Chemicals and LCA Controls.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “Manor Park has long been one of the most desirable warehouse locations in the North West, continuing to attract occupiers in a crowded market, and this has only increased following the opening of the Mersey Gateway bridge. Our refurbishment programme reflects our commitment to continually improving the facilities at Manor Park and offering exceptional facilities to businesses across the region. We anticipate significant interest in the refurbished units, and look forward to working with our agents to identify prospective tenants in the coming months.”

The agents for Manor Park are B8 Real Estate.
