Situated alongside the new £100m Friargate masterplan, with plans including new office space, hotels, homes, retail units and restaurants; making it one of Coventry's largest regeneration projects in several decades.
The second phase of a £4m refurbishment programme at Friars House completed last month.
Following the completion of phase one of the refurbishment, which included the upgrade of the ground floor reception area and communal areas along with three of the 10 available floors, FI Real Estate Management renovated the remaining vacant floors within the 70,000 sq ft building.
A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “The recent refurbishment programme has further enhanced Friars House’s status as the location of some of the most attractive office space in Coventry. It’s very pleasing that the University has committed to doubling its presence in the building, and we’re confident it will be fully let in due course.”
