Bespoke offices come with a full package of services including fit out, facilities and maintenance, IT and communications etc. Conventional offices don’t come with these services and are the tenant’s responsibility to source and manage.
Using a bespoke office service means you can relax and enjoy your new workspace without any hassle, with it all being billed under one monthly charge through a simple short form lease.
How do bespoke offices differ from serviced offices?
The difference to a serviced office is that the workspace is tailored to your requirements, with the fit out being specific to your business and budget. The services are also not shared with other businesses.
