Job Title: Recruitment & HR Administrator
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Reporting to: Group HR Manager
Hours: 9:00-17:30
Permanent

Role Overview

You will operate in a fast-paced generalist role across the group and will be responsible for HR and recruitment support to the business on a range of subjects and be involved in all aspects of the HR and recruitment functions across the group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR and recruitment function.
  • Assist with the full end to end recruitment process. including tasks such as issuing offer letters, new starter documents and contracts and carry out inductions and onboarding process.
  • Support internal inquiries, external inquiries and requests relating to the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records, as necessary.
  • HR Admin including onboarding and leaver processes, training programs and reports
  • Liaise effectively with all departments.
  • Keep up to date with HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the Group HR Manager.
