To be flexible and responsive to our client’s needs, the FI REM team surrendered Catalent’s lease in Deeside and identified an alternative tenant in ADC Bio.
The result was a favourable outcome for both clients; matching ADC Bio to an ideal premises in Deeside while facilitating Catalent’s move to Bolton with ease and peace of mind.
