FI’s asset team took the decision to inject a sizable investment of £3.2m to completely overhaul the Gloucester office building, after a tenant vacancy left it only 50% let. With a very dated interior and high service charge in place, attracting a new tenant in its then state was unfeasible. Over the past two years the major refurbishment works have been completed and now the A grade space is fully let for the first time in a decade with four new tenants – Probe Insurance, Fig, Ecclesiastical Insurance and 1on1 Internet.
