The Second Floor is FI’s Serviced Offices, operated by FigFlex.

You can’t miss FigFlex Southampton, part of the Bulb development which is positioned directly across from Southampton Central Train Station and completed a stunning refurbishment in 2023. Externally, it makes a bold and beautiful statement with a mural that’s constantly in bloom and removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
