Job Title: Credit Controller
Division: Property Support Team
Location: Based at Canal Mill PR6 9AF however travel to sites if required.
Reporting to: Business Support Manager
Role Overview
The role is to manage a portfolio of accounts
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Actively pursue overdue debt, rents, service charge, insurance, utilities, plus any other billed sums by telephone and email in relation to commercial property
- Liaise with property and asset managers to resolve any queries
- Weekly debt meetings with Manager
- Reconciling of accounts
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Liaising with Solicitors, Enforcement Agents, and liquidators
- Legal Proceedings
- Raising customer invoices
- Follow correct procedures and guidelines
- Taking card payments
- Any ADHOC duties
To be successful you must have the following attributes:
- Effective organisation skills with ability to prioritise
- Experience within a credit control environment (at least 2 yrs.)
- Strong communication Skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Working to strict deadlines
