Job Summary
FI Real Estate Management are looking for a Document Controller, to join our projects team based in Watford in a full time or part time basis. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and organising company documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Duties
- Experience of managing information via Procore is preferable as FI Real Estate Management use this platform throughout its project delivery.
- Proficient knowledge and use of project tools, including but not limited to drawing management and distribution, design and technical submittals, RFI’s, site diaries, project reports.
- Ensure all documents are properly formatted and stored securely.
- Taking and issuing of key project meetings.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of document management systems is desirable
