Job Description

Job Title: Document Controller
Division: Projects Team
Location: Watford

Job Summary

FI Real Estate Management are looking for a Document Controller, to join our projects team based in Watford in a full time or part time basis. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and organising company documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Duties

  • Experience of managing information via Procore is preferable as FI Real Estate Management use this platform throughout its project delivery.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of project tools, including but not limited to drawing management and distribution, design and technical submittals, RFI’s, site diaries, project reports.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted and stored securely.
  • Taking and issuing of key project meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of document management systems is desirable
