Job Description

Job Title: Finance Systems Administrator
Division: Finance Department
Location: Based at Canal Mill PR6 9AF
Reporting to: Head of Finance

Role Overview

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with Systems Maintenance – Yardi
  • Update with new users and removing users
  • Amend Permissions review and maintain
  • Assist with Systems Management – Yardi Elevate
  • Maintain and Update Workflows
  • Maintain and Update Site Plans
  • Maintain and Update Forecast Manager
  • Maintain and Update Lease & Deal Manager
  • Maintain and Update Construction Manager
  • Maintain and Update Procure to Pay Manager
  • Maintain and Update Reporting Requirements
  • Ensure system is updated with Acquisitions
  • Yardi Voyager
  • Upload Journals by ETL
  • Maintain and Update Nominal codes
  • Maintain and Update Additional Entities
  • Maintain and Update change of Entity Structures
  • Procedure Management – Yardi
  • Maintain and Update Procedure Guides
  • Subject Matter Expert – Yardi
  • Expert Knowledge in all areas of the System
  • Provide Training and support

Requirements

  • Expert level of Knowledge in Excel
  • Advanced Knowledge in SharePoint
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a Property Finance environment
  • The ability to work effectively both in a team environment and own initiative in a pressured environment, sticking to strict deadlines

Preferred but not Requirement:

  • Experience working on Yardi
  • Experience implementing new property software systems

Full training will be given on Yardi.
