A vacant 2.58-acre site on Bracken Hill Business Park in Peterlee will soon be redeveloped following planning permission approval in April 2021.
Gemini Point will eventually boast nine industrial units, ranging between 5,400 sq ft and 7,400 sq ft, to offer a total of 55,475 sq ft of new commercial space.
Around 80 car parking spaces will also be available on the Peterlee site, which was once home to the now-demolished Gemini office building.
Bracken Hill Business Park is a modern campus development which has grown steadily over the past 20 years. It is ideally located to the south east of Peterlee town centre, just 0.5 miles from the A19, offering fast and easy access to the Tyne and Wear conurbation.
