Hay Hall Business Park is set to gain eight new industrial units in 2022, pending the approval of a hybrid planning application.
If approved, construction on the site in Tyseley, Birmingham, could begin in the first quarter of 2022.
Four units of around 5,000 sq ft will feature eight-metre eaves, whilst a further four, measuring 13,500 sq ft, will include an office on the first floor/mezzanine, and 10-metre eaves.
Each of the proposed units will come with dedicated parking, yard area, and have the flexibility to be let individually to smaller businesses or combined to accommodate larger outfits.
Plans could also soon be submitted for two larger units, totalling almost 100,000 sq ft, both with docks and level access doors, first-floor mezzanine and office. There is scope for the units to be combined into a single unit, depending on the occupier’s needs.
This anticipated redevelopment follows the £2.5m refurbishment of Hay Hall in 2018.
