One of our most prestigious office sites is Lynch Wood Park in Peterborough. A Grade II listed building, the complex is set in picturesque surroundings at the heart of Peterborough Business Park – just three miles west of the city centre.
Currently undergoing a multi-million-pound refurbishment programme, this striking building is home to a range of businesses, from multinational companies to local start-ups. The renovation includes sympathetic alterations to the building’s exterior, as well as a brand-new terrace for lunch time dining.
The much-loved site was developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and covers 350,000 sq ft across 11.74 hectares.
